Full Payment Requirement

  • All studio bookings must be secured with full payment at the time of reservation. A booking is not confirmed until the full amount is received by the studio.

  •  Booking Confirmation

  • Upon receipt of full payment, a confirmation email will be issued to the client. This confirmation serves as proof of the booking.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Due to the full payment requirement, all bookings are final. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the client, no refund will be provided, unless the studio is unable to provide the agreed service.

  • In such cases where the studio cancels the booking, the client will receive a full refund or an alternative booking arrangement may be offered.

Equipment Usage:

  • Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment during the hire period and may be liable for repair or replacement costs. 

Set Up and Take Down:

  • Clients must include set up and take down time within their booked hours to avoid overtime charges. 

Health and Safety

  • Compliance: Clients must adhere to all health and safety regulations as provided by the studio. 

  • Accidents and Injuries: The studio is not liable for any accidents or injuries occurring during the hire period; clients should ensure appropriate insurance coverage. 

Liability and Indemnity

  • Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio premises, equipment, or facilities during the hire period. 

  • Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold the studio harmless from any claims arising from their use of the studio. 

Conduct and Housekeeping

  • Behavior: Clients and their guests must behave respectfully and professionally; disruptive behavior may result in termination of the hire without refund. 

  • Cleanliness: The studio should be left in the same condition as it was found; additional cleaning fees may apply if this is not adhered to.
